Carolann Wicks Delaware’s Secretary
of Transportation Joins DSPC Board
Wilmington, Del. - The
Diamond State Port Corporation’s (DSPC) has recently welcomed a new
member to its Board –Carolann Wicks, Secretary of Transportation for the
State of Delaware.

Secretary Wicks was sworn in
as the eighth Secretary of Transportation on February 1, 2006.
Previously, Sec. Wicks served
as Chief Engineer for the Department of Transportation and was the
Director of the Division of Transportation Solutions.
Sec. Wicks is a licensed
engineer and has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's
degree in public administration from the University of Delaware. She is
married and resides in Townsend, Delaware. |

and developing inland transportation systems will be invaluable to the
Port as it grows its business and works to maintain its competitive edge
as an integral transfer point in both the international and domestic
supply chain”, remarked DSPC Executive Director, Eugene R. Bailey.
